      Great programs for participants. The staff is dedicated to the work.

      Cons

      Management is slow to respond to employee needs. Organizations lack funding at times, making work overwhelming. Favoritism is in play for promotions.

      Pros

      The mission and the teens and young adults served is amazing work.

      Cons

      A leadership shift left to unsavory changes and a culture of cruelty, when I was there. Leadership has since changed and hopefully for the better.
