During my time at OECM, I was consistently impressed by how much the CEO and Directors value and support their employees—something that’s increasingly rare in today’s corporate landscape. The team is fantastic, and I’ve forged lasting friendships that endure even after my departure. The benefits package is exceptional, featuring personal and health spending accounts that I truly. Overall, my experience at OECM has been incredibly positive.
Cons
I appreciate the rapid growth of the company, which is undoubtedly a positive sign. However, I believe it lacks the necessary structures to support that expansion effectively. I rated my experience 2 out of 5 primarily due to insufficient managerial support. From a creative perspective, the influx of work was overwhelming, partly because leadership* often said “yes” to everything without realistic timelines in mind. There were times when I had valuable ideas for improvement, only to be met with a response like “just do whatever they want.” This left me feeling that my contributions were undervalued and my role diminished.
