Pros

Before i wrote this company is to good but after a few month his CEO change every day his decisions and not clear related to product. His aim is provide all automobile service at door stop and main focus on breakdown. But his setup not ready and no any tie up with any company. His CEO always says we tie up with many company and he provide a big discount but its not true. He always cheat every one and not providing salary.

Cons

not proper plan. His recruit every month fresher b.e. engineer and provide paid trainning 20,000 against job guarantee. But after receiving 20,000 his not providing a job and no refund trainning money. upto 143 students demand refund but still he give time and say wait for few time. We create few customers and customer give 2500 for annual membership related to breakdwon but when actually customer need his failed in his commitments due to non network availability. Pros

I thank you very much to the director for giving me an opportunity to work in this company and contribute towards overall growth and achievement. challenging task and environment. got to do something new ,HR profile, which i have never done before . mixed feelings. good and bad.

Cons

There is no policy or guidelines or rules or complaince which needs to be followed. recruitment is not strong , i believe a companys success depends upon the kind of people . People represent company. There is no work culture. Management issue. There should be uniformity in decision making. There is no consistency. Attrition rate is very high which is not a good sign for a company or a start up like this. I believe if we cannot pay big pockets then why to hire them ? salary issue. failure to observe any kind of commitment .
