Pros
- Good benefits and semi-decent pay for a non-profit - There is a decent amount of good co-workers there
Cons
- Management is degrading to its workers - No growth - Waste hundreds of thousands of dollars to make sure they get more money from the government each year - HR does not protect its workers from complaints - Friends of management do no wrong or work - Probation periods are abused and workers are sometimes let go within the 3 month period for false accusations - Pay freezes only happen to low level workers and never management, they change titles to get by the law
