Pros

Excellent benefits, flat hierarchy, cozy office environment make you feel comfortable to work. friendly colleagues

After I tackled the tough taster day I can the offer. And feel grateful for joining a great company. But it depends on which team you are. I don't got the enough time to adapt to company environment and working system. When I have difficulty on work and ask the teammate, she given you back a question again the reason is "you watched the training material and you should know". The team head not always supportive. She doesn't understand your process on learning the work process and assigned the tasks to you with unreasonable target. Also they said I am demanding because I asked for next stage after I finished a stage of training. The most shocking thing is EDI working environment is one of the major value of the company. But I found I am the only male in this team. Not only my office but whole Asia. I am a little bit doubt my unfair treatment is because of this. If you are male and applied for the same position, please re-consider should you accept the offer.

Pros

Hybrid work schedule, good benefits like insurance, short-term disability, vacation time.

Cons

Condescending and rude “coach” and it seems like no one cares to improve relations in the customer service department. Employees that have been in the dept for many years were there before current management. All staff hired after current management have high turnover. Training is limited to one person’s views and if you express your concerns, you aren’t competent. It’s best to not engage to avoid any excessive interaction and consequential rude remarks that leave you feeling unmotivated and worthless.
