Pros

Truly a great place to start a career. Even though it’s considered a sales role, it doesn’t feel like the typical cold-calling environment where you’re dialing hundreds of people every day. Instead, you act more as a trusted advisor to your customers while gaining exposure to a wide range of companies and industries. One of the biggest strengths of the company is the opportunity for growth. They place a strong emphasis on promoting from within and investing in the talent already on the floor. Leadership does a great job identifying opportunities for employees to grow, not only in sales but in management as well.

Cons

Since the company is located outside of Nashville, the commute can be a downside for employees who prefer living in the city. Depending on where you live, the drive can become fairly long, especially during peak traffic hours.

Pros

Work life balance is great - you'll never take work home with you. You get a consistent paycheck. Half day Fridays in the summer.

Cons

Upper management is insanely judgemental and make it a very toxic environment. Commission is capped and you will never make as much as they say you can. Base salary is 45k in Franklin, TN ... good luck being able to afford to live around here. You will never grow in your career here - in a dept. of 50+ people there are less than ~8 spots/year. Hard work will get you nowhere and no recognition will ever be given unless you bring coffee in for the managers. How well you do at the job is measured by a teddy bear's belt color that you're given.
