No Pros.If you have lot of time to waste this is best place for you.

No timely payment.They do not have and will not provide minimum required infrastructure as they can not afford it(or they do not want to invest on it) .Training is at its worst here as they do not have sufficient knowledge and enough experience on any technical subjects they claim to work on.they do not follow proper project management strategy which leads to rework and frustration. No value for hard work and no value for Software development(especially if you are from engineering background).You are on your own.worst work culture.

The management seems to have learnt a lot from previous bad experience Need to take more projects and not restrict themselves
