      Pros

      Great colleagues overall, especially in the technical parts of the org. Great work culture and employee policies.

      Cons

      Often the sales guys not great to work with internally. They had limited knowledge of the products and sometimes over-promised to others and then hassled internal technical colleagues to bail them out. Limited career progression.
