      Pros

      For part time, you have the ability to choose the day. They usually ask the day before if you want to work the next day.

      Cons

      sometimes it is difficult to get a schedule if you're part time. There are days when it's just slow and they don't need workers.

      Admin was cool and easy to work with. Plenty of work available

      Pros

      Being paid weekly is a plus. Eventually you can start direct deposit if you wish. Operon office is "onsite" with my assignment (I'm lucky, but onsite is not necessarily onsite for all their employees since they work with several job sites).

      Cons

      Furiously fast onboarding process, leading to presumptions about competencies which exceed human retention capacities. Paychecks must be picked up Fridays but available hours for pickup stink since my lunch is all the time I have, and your office is closed during my lunch.
