Pros

The company culture is great. My coworkers and managers were great. I miss working there and miss the people. You were given a lot of freedom to do your job without being micromanaged. If you worked in the office you had room to grow as I saw several people move upward through the company.

Cons

The pay was uncompetitive and despite there being a lot of little perks they just cannot keep up with what you'd get paid for a similar role at another company.

I loved it here and wish I never had to leave. Had life worked different, it would have been my forever workplace.

Pros

Most of the coworkers are friendly and supportive. Not a lot of ongoing training. Employer covers the majority of cost for insurance. semi-flexible schedules as long as you're getting the work done.

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities or unclear promotion paths. Inconsistent leadership, lack of communication, and often feel like you're being micromanaged. Pay not competitive with industry standards. Lack of clear direction and software struggles to keep up with competition, so fielding customer questions and complaints can be difficult to overcome which hurts more when bonus is based on retention and growth rates.
