Pros

A few coworkers are genuinely helpful and committed, which can make the day-to-day bearable at times. Some opportunities to gain experience—mostly through trial and error. They do offer bonuses, cell phone and internet stipend, and birthday recognition.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected, inconsistent, and heavily reliant on micromanaging. There is almost no training. You’re expected to "take a stab at it" and then punished when mistakes happen. Departments do not support each other and frequently shift blame. Employees are often thrown under the bus. The culture is cliquey—if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re sidelined or singled out. Work-life balance is non-existent, and boundaries are not respected. Feedback is not welcomed unless it's complimentary. Honest input is dismissed or taken personally. The CEO appears to want success but is out of touch with the reality of the work environment and company culture.

Pros

Remote work opportunities, flexible(ish) schedules.

Cons

no work life balance, required to work more than 40 hours per week. CEO is out of touch, doesn't trust employees to do their work, and only lives by the corporate values in theory but not in practice. No room for advancement or real collaboration.
