- Stimulating projects - Relevant responsibilities, especially for an entry level position - Fun/Experienced collegues - Good working hours

- Comparable cons to most management consultancy firms

- Good company atmosphere - Friendly managers & partners - Unbelievably cool & challenging projects as full focus is on private equity - Not too bad hours given type of work

None so far. Maybe, if any, the hours as they are a bit over 40/week. But it’s a lot better than e.g., MBB.
