Pros
The people who work at Orb are the greatest asset and the fact that you’re working for a global company based in Halifax. Pay was decent, benefits and all that were good.
Cons
All about sales, getting the numbers and not about the quality of the product. Use to be about quality now they focus on throw away items. Focus should be a balance between sales & quality. No clear direction from the top, all done with knee jerk reactions and when it all doesn’t go the way it should, its the employees fault and not the senior management for guiding the company. Easier to have a temper tantrum and blame everyone underneath you and not take ownership for the poor business choices that were made.
