      Fun people for the most part, selling fun products

      Cons

      The company blew up after a viral toy made us millions, the rapid growth imploded the company - hired fast and furious and just as fast laid people off when covid hit. They took a whip tactic with the remaining staff - literally had the directors wear nooses around their neck at the Christmas party to represent the company being dead any minute. Big yikes

      everyone seems to work in fear and the overall control/running of the company is just terrible.

      Pros

      Work with some of the most amazing, dedicated humans who work very hard. No one day is exactly the same; there are always new challenges to face. Great benefits and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Change happens fast and can be difficult to keep up.
