      They listen to your suggestions and value your experience. They have core values that everyone in the world should practice. Management all the way up to the CEO has an open door and truly value what you have to say. Plenty of room for advancement too.

      Pros

      ORC does a great job at allowing employees to truly have work-life balance and a flexible schedule! While it is hard to find an organization that actually allows building your own schedule, they are one of the few places that do! The team has been great to work with, and it has felt like a very professional work environment.

      Cons

      Compensation and total rewards packages feel somewhat out of alignment with the market - I recognize that ROW is a more niche industry but to compete it may be necessary to look at adjacent market standards as well.
