They give groceries and accommodation but it is too far from the regular place. Apart from that no pros.
Cons
Don't have direct clients nor prime vendors. Other consultancies have clients and good prime vendors. Don't waste time joining this consultancy. They just find jobs through dice, you alone can do it. Coming to training there is no one who gives in class or 1 on 1 training. Everything is through online and pre recorded videos. Videos are too basic. Not much transparency involved. Few marketing members doesn't know how to market the profile or close the deal.
