Welcome to world of frustrated professional losers! You seem to be a miserable case of "sour grapes". An organization of our size would be unable to survive, sustain and grow if we had college-like projects. We would not have been able to successfully run and grow the business if we had "college like projects" as claimed by you. Unfortunately, you have had a negative experience at OS3 primarily due to your own negative outlook. Pigeon-brained people like you, however, would not understand the economics of organizational growth, anyways. The technical strength of OS3 is one of our best and most accomplished assets, which our OEMs and even our competitors acknowledge. Again, pigeon-brained people as yourself have neither invested enough time, nor have taken adequate effort to understand these strengths. It would also help you and the readers know that some of our best engineers have been freshers just out of college when they have joined us. Our success stories are many and proven, and we are proud of the achievements of many of our current and former employees while they have been with us as well as with their subsequent employers. 1. Our stipend structure for fresh joinees is outlined at the beginning itself. If you have not received an increment, it is solely based on your sorry performance. 2. OS3 prides itself in being an equal opportunities employer that does not distinguish in any manner based on the gender of the employee, while still being sensitive to gender-based requirements. Your allegations are devoid of truth, baseless and merit no further explanation. With your words, you are demeaning and belittling the efforts put in by lady employees and are casting aspersions on their professional abilities and capabilities. We denounce and deplore your statement. 3. You are yourself hiding behind the veil of anonymity and hurling baseless accusations at an organization. What culture and upbringing are you demonstrating and talking of, anyways? I reiterate that some of our best engineers today were freshers sometime, and their success stories are worth emulating. Unfortunately, you seem to have ended up a sad loser because you have focussed on the unnecessary, and are now witch hunting by pushing the blame onto your ex-employers. God help your tribe! A piece of advice for you - in future, pick up the courage to speak to your employer about your lack of progress and resulting frustrations, rather than resort to cowardly actions like writing anonymous reviews with malafide intentions. Please invest your time in more fruitful work that would lead to your progress, rather than write anonymous reviews that reflect your negative attitude in life! Good luck!!
