Some really good people to work with.
Cons
PE owned company - constant layoffs. New executive team every 2 years. DEI hires who are incompetent, especially in HR which is a laughable excuse for an HR team. Constant closing of facilities and extremely poor financial management. Very unstable place to work. CEO is a bully.
