      Pros

      Decent balance between work and life. First-year salary is competitive with NY BigLaw.

      Cons

      Difficult partners, lots of hostility (yelling) toward associates. All-around unpleasant environment. Salaries for senior associates are well below market level. Firm claims that it makes up for the difference with bonuses, but overall compensation for upper-level associates is not market rate.
