      direct communication between different departments

      Cons

      very unclear expectations, management is too casual about training and is poorly structured in their communication about progress and what is expected at different points in time management in general is way too casual and illusive about things and makes workplace seem like something it is not

      In a world full of PE owned, transaction oriented IT equipment and support providers, OSI stands out with it's customer focused philosophy and employee focused culture.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      Company has lots of potential for growth. Startup culture in a company that has been around for 9 years. Great opportunity for sales and ops. Founders are involved and excited to engage.

      Cons

      You'll gain weight working here and it will take some time to scale your sales business, but with work it will come.
