      Pros

      You are forced to learn a lot on your own in very short space of time and gather valuable experience

      Cons

      Expect minimum wage if you are lucky Little to no training or support for new employees High staff turn over Extremely demanding with little to no guidance Highly pressuised work environment and very unorganized. No overtime pay but they expect employees to stay for a minimum of 1 hour every day.

      Pros

      Location Location Transport proximity Restaurants around Location to Grafton Street Office is nice

      Cons

      No training or guidance Shared HR with Byrne Wallace who do not care about employee welfare. Toxic culture amongst all staff. Workplace bullying is not taken seriously. Partners are rude to staff and have a tendency to flip out at staff for asking questions.
