Good Defect Identification Skills Able to identify bugs accurately with clear steps, screenshots, and logs. 3. Effective Communication I communicate issues clearly with developers and the team, and provide timely updates.

1. Need to Improve Time Estimation Sometimes estimations vary based on complexity. Need to improve predicting timelines. 2. Need More Exposure to Performance Testing Would like to gain more skills in JMeter / Load testing. 3. Improve Test Data Preparation Speed Sometimes test data creation takes extra time; want to streamline this.

Good place to work, manageable workload. Pay is decent compared to the standards in Sri Lanka
