They have always been a helping hand to me throughout my working duration with ossmedia. I have learn some of the best magento skill out here with them and feel proud to be a part of this team.

      Pros

      Before working at OSSMedia, I have worked with 2 more companies but I found OSSMedia the best company to work with as they provide such a nice working culture where all seniors are extremely supportive. Team members are nice and management is cool.

      HR can take more initiatives.

      Work -Life Balance is really good at ossmedia. You can be free to take out the best in you, implement your ideas and create something out of the box. Employees are too friendly including team leads.

      Cons

      Decision processing is a long and sometimes slow process due to strict hierarchy.
