Growing startup - Anonymous employee OTIV Employee Review

There are very few pros.

Management does not really care about employees. They show fake care however, which is very tiring. Meetings are inefficient, stressful and amateurish. You have to swallow the megalomane ideas of management, stay in check with so-called company culture or you get fired. Feedback is not taken seriously. Finding new investors and burning cash is more important than retaining personnel.
