Pros

Flexibility of the schedule. The students were fun and great unlike other companies where they were soulless and uninterested.

Cons

I have to assess the students by myself in the first session I put a lot of time and effort into preparing the student's material. There's a deduction penality for almost everything even things out of my hand.

Pros

Overall, it's a positive and supportive environment. The students leave feedback for you on the website. There are monthly bonuses. Automatic placement tests. Various types of courses. They didn't look at my lack of experience, but my performance. They're compassionate and forgiving. They don't threaten you or kick you out if you received one or two bad reviews/feedback unlike other places I worked with.

Cons

There aren't many. Their website takes a lot of time to load. I wish the deduction and quality control points (QCS) system didn't exist.

Pros

- You can ooen up your availability schedule in a flexible way. Meaning you can switch from morning availability to night availability but they have to be the same number of hours required. - So, there are freelance and part-time positions available in case full-time is overwhelming and for those with other commitments. - The teachers are super nice and helpful. I'm still in contact with some of them. - Some students are so fun or sweet. They get engaged and make the session more fun. - They give you a two days off instead of working 6 days, which is too common in the education market.

Cons

- Strict and unfair salary deduction and penalty system. This is one of the worst aspects about companies that implement that system. It killed my motivation and morale. It also causes a high turnover or losing skilled teachers. - Second negative point is the poor work-life balance especially if you work full-time. It requires someone who's single and without commitments, just free to work and burn out. There's only a one hour break for 8 hours of sessions. This is also exhausting and causes fatigue the more sessions go on. No hobbies, no personal time, etc.
