Pros
OURS Technology had a wonderful work culture and great people. Everyone was really open to helping me learn the intricacies of their setup, and even though I was part of the optics team I was allowed to ask lots of questions about their circuitry and RISC-V progress to expand my knowledge. They work fast as a startup, but I always felt supported and encouraged to succeed and try new things. They also make sure to support a happy work-life balance, going out for afternoon jogs every day and playing basketball in the lot outside before heading home for the day. The food is also great :D.
Cons
The building was rather small for their growing company when I was there. There was discussion about expanding to a larger location, but during my time we were starting to run out of desk space.
