It is really disappointing to read this review. Profit Accumulator have never, and will never, adopt any illegal practices in any shape or form. Unfortunately, there are rare circumstances in which an employee (who is usually within their probation period) demonstrates unacceptable behaviour and/or performance. If this is within a probationary period then as with all employers, notice periods are generally shorter, however Profit Accumulator does give employees the relevant contractual notice as required by their contract or law. We pride ourselves on hiring suitable candidates that pass their probationary periods at a % rate far higher than the standard, but unfortunately these situations can happen where we are left with no choice but to part ways with an employee that do not meet the performance or behaviours that are expected.
