      Pros

      Super professional and very hard working founders. Neither Marvin or Viola put on airs and both are solely focused on results - no politics and no drama. The company is awesomely mission driven - they are building something which is profitable and is changing the African continent all without being in the public eye.

      Cons

      You have no life; and there is ZERO patience for excuses. In addition, turnover is high - you get two chances and then you're out. Weekends are often workdays and there is a saying "there is no tomorrow" - so there is a ruthless focus on delivering immediately. Burnout is a real problem.

      Pros

      There is alot of room to grow within the company. Management is very open to receiving feedback from the staff.

      Cons

      You must keep in mind the company is not run like a formal business, but more of a startup.
