- Crazy pace at times - Not the best office buidling

Great place to work, if you are in bed with the right people (singular).

There is absolutely no promise in this company. Management is absolutely senseless, naive and vein. When you have a Group of individuals that love to take advantage of others, play victim, and at all odds blame those around for the failures that resulted from their own actions you pretty much get a company called OWNZONES. After so many years in business they happily consider themselves a startup. Which at some point in a companies claimed accomplishments you would think they would mature from being categorized a startup. That being said, they have no clue what they are doing as they burn through their investors investments. Few points to take away: -HR/CEO/Management will see you stranded on an island and take the shirt right off your back. -There is absolutely no structure in management. Chaos, one word to describe the communication between management, or lack of communication. -Be expected to work very long hours, while the CEO/Management complain about how hard it is for them while they soak up the Sun in Beverley Hills on their investors dime. -Horrible compensation, no reward, horrible health benefits. -As an employee, you are simply in the dark. There is no explanation for the work you are doing.
