      Pros

      only pros is office is just near to metro station so you can commute easily.

      Cons

      Workplace is very bad, no proper sitting arrangement to sit and work. Basic facilities like washroom, drinking water is also worst since washrooms always dirty and stinks , drinking water is only at top floor so you need to walk everytime you want water. Management behavior is worst. No clear HR policies and for women it is worst since they don't pay you in maternity break. Director Mr. Pradeep controls everything like whom to keep whom to Fire when. He is very arrogant guy. Even if you have worked here and you move to other company they give bad feedback about you in BGV(Background verification)

      Oak Systems holds a special place in my career journey as it was my first employer. This is where i laid the foundation of my professional life, receiving comprehensive training as a testing professional , even today, my career remains rooted in testing and i attribute my strong base to the knowledge and skill i acquired during my time at Oak Systems
