      Pros

      The only pros I can think of, are the discounts at some restaurants and possibly the concert tickets.

      Cons

      Quite possibly the worst company I have worked for. Constant micro management, unqualified senior members of management, retaliation for speaking out, no follow through. Long members of staff rule the roost, despite constant proof of work not being done.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits. Support staff. Training opportunities when permitted to participate.

      Cons

      Every venue’s ability and level of morale is based off of the GM and their prerogatives. Corporate is completely disconnected from the field despite their disparaging efforts to act otherwise. The company preaches the typical DEI and anti-harassment jargon yet doesn’t apply the same rules to everyone. Retaliation is a thing within this company as well.
