      Endless amounts of opportunity to be able to truly disrupt the industry.

      Cons

      Expanding too fast without putting the proper resources into HR/IT/Payroll. They are are not equipped for the current expansion and don't provide adequate resources for current employees to effectively do their jobs.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits. Support staff. Training opportunities when permitted to participate.

      Cons

      Every venue’s ability and level of morale is based off of the GM and their prerogatives. Corporate is completely disconnected from the field despite their disparaging efforts to act otherwise. The company preaches the typical DEI and anti-harassment jargon yet doesn’t apply the same rules to everyone. Retaliation is a thing within this company as well.
