There are a few people at Oasis that I consider friends. Other than that, I honestly cannot think of anything positive.
Cons
I worked at Oasis Outsourcing for a painful couple of months. It seems they may finally be making changes internally to address some of the issues, but this company is, sad to say, a toxic workplace. Every manager I know of is completely ineffective, and some even go so far as to keep their direct reports unhappy and unable to grow. Those who have tried to grow, from everything I've seen, have been fired. In addition, they seem to have a strategy of hiring a very large number of temps for just about every function and level within the company. In fact, I think there may be more temps than actual Oasis employees. Perhaps this is their strategy in order to avoid liability as an employer. I do think the CEO had a vision, but there are a number of appalling practices going on at Corporate of which he is seemingly unaware or does not care. It's really a sad situation.
