Pros
It's a very "mom and pop" type of company, where all the employees tend to know each other very well. They try to hire the smartest people around, and it shows - it's great to find a place in the defense contracting field that gives such dedication to quality, and the compensation is very good for the area also.
Cons
There isn't anything so far that I've really run into as far as problems - they seem to genuinely care about employees.
