      Some great co-workers, such as my colleague animation supervisors

      Cons

      This company has an aggressive management that uses scare tactics to keep people in line. They do not really value employees and will toss them out for no reason, or just because they decide they don't like the person. But before they do that they will manipulate you and gaslight you as they interview for your replacement. As someone with more than twenty years in the industry, I was really appalled at the way that I and others were treated.

      Its to land a first job in animation there.

      Cons

      Salaries are abysmal, management is corporate and cold and doesn’t care about artists, bad working conditions with unpaid overtime and tight deadlines, Business model is built on exploiting young artists and treat them as disposable.
