      Nice environment Errors are not seen as something to be blamed for Young team open to new development

      Cons

      Not enough employees for the amount of work and clients No respect across departments Gossiping and coming up with fake stories is a lifestyle for some of the employees, which ruins the atmosphere and conviviality Most of the people cannot distinguish between personal life and professional life Interns are seen as a way to run the company, there’s lack of experts and senior consultants that could make the difference Salary is below average Benefits are not great

      Dear former employee, thank you for taking the time to evaluate your experience. Throughout the year 2025 we were focusing on hiring more experienced consultants and setting clearer expectations around professional conduct. Our current company policy has no tolerance for gossip and unprofessional behavior. Therefore, we are hopeful this will create meaningful space for our employees to build up their career within the team.

      Healthy work pace, low stress levels. Stable company

      Cons

      Lack of processes and accountability for results. Feedback is not commonly given, and no one speaks to you directly about expectations. Even the simplest task takes a lot of time and faces resistance due to the fragmentation of teams

      Pros

      Very good environment: young, friendly, dynamic. Very good possibility of growing for committed employees. Periodic checks on employees' satisfaction to gather ideas for internal improvement. Diverse tasks and high-level knowledge gained in a relatively short time. Very good benefits basket.

      Cons

      The job is demanding and requires hard work and commitment to learn and work on diverse topics. It may take some time for newcomers to understand the added value of gaining so much knowledge.
