There’s a great balance between pushing toward targets and making sure we’re not burning out.

ometimes there’s a bit of a delay in getting the full context behind decisions from senior leadership. It would be helpful if communication from the top flowed more smoothly. Also, a few internal processes—especially around communication—could be more efficient. Streamlining some of those would save time and reduce a bit of daily friction.
