Pros
One of the biggest highlights for me has been the management team. They’re approachable, genuinely care about our success, and always make time for regular one-on-ones. Feedback isn’t just encouraged—it’s actually heard and acted on.
Goals and expectations are clearly communicated, and there’s always someone ready to guide you if you need help figuring out the next steps. Recognition for good work is a consistent part of the culture, and that really helps keep morale up.
I also really appreciate that our managers lead by example—they’ll roll up their sleeves when needed but never hover or micromanage. There’s a great balance between pushing toward targets and making sure we’re not burning out.
Cons
ometimes there’s a bit of a delay in getting the full context behind decisions from senior leadership. It would be helpful if communication from the top flowed more smoothly.
Also, a few internal processes—especially around communication—could be more efficient. Streamlining some of those would save time and reduce a bit of daily friction.
