Pros
none, all the positive reviews are fake. lol
Cons
I had a very disappointing experience working here. The work environment is extremely stressful, with unrealistic expectations and very little focus on employee growth.
Employees are expected to make around 150 calls every day, and on top of that, provide updates three times a day on WhatsApp. The entire job revolves around hitting call targets rather than learning or developing any meaningful skills.
The company culture was one of the biggest drawbacks. The CEO and co-founder are a husband-and-wife team, and employees are expected to address them as "Sir" and "Mam" at all times. Communication feels very hierarchical, and there is little room for open discussion or feedback.
Being even one minute late to a meeting can result in being publicly criticized or singled out, creating unnecessary pressure and anxiety. Instead of focusing on collaboration and productivity, there seems to be more emphasis on strict rules and monitoring employees.
Overall, I found there were far more rules than actual opportunities to do meaningful work or learn. If you're looking for a supportive workplace that values professional development and work-life balance, this may not be the right fit
