      Pros

      Skilled staff and lots of learning opportunity. Career growth potential is huge within the organization. Compensation and Bonuses are great depending on the experience you bring to the table. Profit sharing is a huge plus along with the benefits package. The company is backed by a larger company which makes it much more stable day to day. Hours are pretty normal and they strive for work life balance by hiring people with different specialties to make sure the work is never all one persons responsibility.

      If you’re motivated, and are able to work remotely, Observian’s a great place to work. You’ll get to work on leading edge solutions and industry leaders.

      Cons

      No downsides, but you are part of a larger organization (CVE), so big decisions may take a while.

      Observian has a great team of motivated individuals that do whatever it takes to get the job done. They are also focused on maintaining a proper work/life balance.

      Cons

      The job duties can be high pressure. Companies count on you to deliver and sometimes that means putting in extra hours when needed.
