Readily available assistance, anyone with the brokerage is willing to help a person in need, relevant training and topics covered in meetings, broker has property management company & is also a contractor and having these as available assets is great for potential clients

Need to find just a few better lead sources, individual business planning follow up and guidance would be helpful for long term growth

Having been at another brokerage, I realize how much support our office provides. The team leader is always available to answer questions, help solve problems, and even offers to attend meetings with me when I think I need extra help. Everyone gets along and respects each other, and the competition is motivating and fun rather than cutthroat. I have met friends for life here and can honestly say this is a second family for me.

I wouldn't say it is a CON but I think more time could be spent in the office sharing ideas and motivating one another. I enjoy the office being full and hearing everyone busy on the phones.
