Pros
Great people, always willing to help; good conditions; easy and open communication with partners and superiors. Relative flexibility (1 hour in the morning, to be compensated at the end).
Cons
Very monotonous work; lack of motivation since there are not personal goals. There is no way to measure or see your output/ impact in the society ( the contrary is true: you try to pay less to the injured which is not a thing you feel proud of, unless you know they are trying to fool you, which also happens very often). if you don´t love the insurance field (which I do not).
