Pay well Work from home Some genuinely nice people who work there CEO is a nice guy

- Poor management who somehow survive the culling each year despite being in charge of failing products for years. Many of them are either family members of people in high positions or people who have 'sneaked' into key positions years ago and have somehow regarded as amazing at their jobs when the reality of it is most of them are only good at doing spreadsheets. - Boring day to day tasks. Nothing innovative, no drive to improve. - Shouted at if you make a mistake rather than helping people improve. - Snakey managers happy to tell people to their face that their job is being made redundant only for someone to be hired back to take their place the following week. - Ocean try to make out its a family company, and put people first but this is literally a lie. You deal with managers on a day to day basis who pretend to care about you or listen to your issues but are happy to just slam the door shut on people. Take a look at the Christmas get together. Spend over 50k on a ridiculous holiday for staff only to fire 30 of them in January when they realise they have over spent. Having been here for years I must have seen at least 85+ people made redundant and lose their jobs. Save yourself the hassle of working here and find somewhere else.
