Pros
My coworkers and helping the patients get medical care they need.
Cons
Top Chief Officer should be replaced because of being totally unprofessional, lacking skill and ability and being childish, petty and vindictive. In addition, because she is confrontational and abusive. Abundant amount of turnover because employees are not respected or valued at all by her. This is a fear based company which is driven by this top chief in command. She likes it this way, wielding her power inappropriately and getting away with it. She is filled with anger and drama. The worst leadership ever and the worst treatment I have ever witnessed towards hard working employees. The jobs here require a great deal of compassion and empathy, yet the company shows their employees NONE. You will be fired for voicing any opinions on how to make it a better place to work. If you are a current employee get out while you can. If you are looking for a job stay far away from this place. Employees here are considered a dime a dozen and you will be ruled by fear, intimidation and hostility. Even if you have been a long term employee there is no loyalty here, you will be fired in a heartbeat just because they don’t like you. They are looking to hire robots not people that have ideas and suggestions. There are a lot of good people here who don't deserve the poor treatment they receive. The patients will eventually leave this place due to the horrible management. Nothing you will ever do here will be good enough. The only thing here that is important is making money, nothing else, and that is the only thing the top chief in command is concerned with. She could care less about anyone or anything else (other than herself). Ridiculously far from a non-profit caring company. If you’re looking for consistency in leadership, clear expectations, respect and a good place to work you need to find another company. This place is riddled with double standards and they are clueless on how to engage their employees and make for a healthy work environment. Few decisions make any sense and it’s the top chief in command’s way or the highway. There is constant criticism from her about things that are not even important. She does not know what positive reinforcement means. This place is the old imperialistic, rigid, big brother mentality. Top chief in command has little to nothing to do all day, but criticize hard working employees to the point where many good employees leave this place. It’s totally dysfunctional because they really need employees and can't stop the turnover. Maybe she’ll get a clue on how to manage and treat people.
