      Pros

      Interesting and challenging work, with situation changing everyday. Global operations hence global exposure. Good remuneration for expatriate staff including health insurance and education.

      Cons

      Micromanagement by Greek CEO, with decisions made that make no logical sense. Policies implemented without being fully understood; changing minds on decisions made; no transparency and questionable ethics.

      Pros

      Multinational company - drilling operation with global presence and HQ in Athens. The average employee is between 28 and 35 years old

      Cons

      The Management does not care about the employees, the compensation is very poor and there are not any opportunities for career advancement

      Pros

      People on the Drillship were good to work for and enjoyed the experience.

      Cons

      Management in town were under hand didn't stick to Company Policies or Procedures and pleased themselves on how they dealt with matters. They would not back up their people on the Drillship ship either. Treated their employees like 2nd rate citizens and never offered their support in situations of need.
