-Was here in 2017- 2018 in the IT department Was the most toxic workplace. Literally started every day with a moment of dread.
-Obvious based on work demands that the C suite levels and directors don't actually have practical IT experience physically impossible to upgrade the systems to keep up with major bank offerings. They didn't realize if you have to upgrade branches that requires travel AND time not one or the other
-if you're still utilizing them from a customer standpoint the poor service and how long it takes for the most basic of transactions to process is because they don't understand banks require keeping up on the tech front.
-didnt post for months but found out department has had massive turnover in IT at the worker level. It thankfully wasnt just me. Plus the number of calls I've received from outside recruiters trying to keep up with the turnover. Agencies beware you'll spend time filling and role and they will churn and burn before the fee is paid.
-Manager was at home "working" more than in the office.
-Abuse from Director level and C suite level of executives was appalling. Avoid at all costs the abuse is not worth mid level paycheck
