I have worked at Oceanos for five years and hope to retire here! Oceanos offers a great balance by maintaining the intimate feel of a small business while consistently expanding each year. The founder leads by example and treats everyone with fairness and respect with an open door policy management style. You feel valued and appreciated for your hard work.
