Material Management Issues - Software Engineer Octane Employee Review

Octane management has increasingly become a more toxic environment over the last 9 months. Condescending engineering leadership, and lead by pressure rather than influence. E-Leadership has no context or clue what is going on at the ground level. Meanwhile, the People team parade around having expensive dinners/flights/etc.while there are claims that there is no budget for anything. Management has fallen victim to being in an Ivory Tower, with no real sense of what is going on at the ground level. Over 70% of employees are looking to leave and actively applying for other roles. Octane has been on a salary freeze now for a Full Year.
