Pros

- High-trust culture: no micro-management, no time sheeting - No stress: project scopes are planned well and always can be completed within the allocated working cycle. - Flexible working hours, work/life balance: working remotely, ability to take breaks anytime as long as it doesn't affect teamwork and make up the missing hours later. - Dev-centric company: high-quality coding practices and high-quality end results are always prioritised over deadlines. Safety nests around changes are compulsory. - Knowledgable/Helpful senior colleagues: everyone deeply understands areas they are responsible for. Everyone is happy to assist others across teams/company. - Awesome development opportunities: management is keen to have everyone developed in their career. Promotions always happen when certain criteria of the higher position are met. Up-to-date technologies are always used. 25% of the working hours are dedicated to self-development (one week every 3 weeks). - Better employee benefits than other companies: 25-day annual leaves, parental leaves, travel costs covered, annual home office allowance, work laptop allowance, annual salary benchmarking, and salaries are ensured to be higher than 90% of the same position in the industry.

Cons

- Work from anywhere isn't a thing: you can work remotely but must be within Australia. - Home office allowance doesn't cover many other essentials for home office, such as extra monitors and modem routers.
