      Pros

      I have settled in very well at Octopus and in my role thanks to the support from my manager, team lead and colleague's. The work/ life balance is fantastic. CEO is very passionate about renewable energy and there are lots of exciting things happening in this space.

      Cons

      Since I have joined, there have been some changes made by upper management to expenses and commission which has been implemented without a discussion with the regional managers.

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
